General policy


You can contact our customer service team for shipping details before delivery.

  1. 90% of the goods is available from stock. If the good marked as a "pre-ordered good", the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product name and page.
  2. "Pre-order good" must be paid before the order established.
  3. Before ordering, you can join our BAGCOM HK member. Being the member, the system will send email to you after sending the product. You can also track the goods in your order page at any time.

Payment policy


  1. After your order is established, please complete the payment within 3 days. Then the system will notify us when the payment is successful. BAGCOM HK will ship the goods to you.
  2. Before ordering, you can join our BAGCOM HK member. Being the member, the system will send email to you after sending the product. You can also track the goods in your order page at any time.
  3. Your Credit card payment is through a collection bank. Paypal is currently one of the most secure electronic payment systems in the world, you can use it safely.
  4. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; BAGCOM HK has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Shipping policy


  1. BAGCOM does not accept the product color change in the remarks or message after the shipment, please be sure to choose the correct color of the product you need.
  2. Please provide the name and address of the recipient in English.
  3. BAGCOM HK will ship the goods to you from Taiwan after payment confirmation within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Taiwan national holidays)
  4. The maximum weight of the goods at the pickup station is 5kg.
  5. When the goods arrive at the pickup station, you will be notified via the SMS and email messages.
    • Shipment > Arrival > Going to Return ***will notify you.
    • Please remember to pick up the goods within 3-4 days after arrival! If the product is lost or discarded after the time, it cannot be recovered and no refund,Don't forget to pick up.
  6. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipping Notice


  1. After a failed second delivery attempt of the international parcel, the post office will issue a notification and inform the addressee to pick up the parcel at the post office or other designated place. The addressee should take the notification with his ID card and chop to pick up the parcel within the 15 days after receiving the notification.
  2. Please provide the name on the passport or actual name. If the package can’t be delivered properly or refused to take since the information of recipient was incorrect, the order will directly cancel. The buyer is responsible for shipping.
  3. When the package returned to us, your refund will be turned into a "STORE CREDITS" for your next purchase at BAGCOM. (Freight not included.) Once the refund process settled, our team will inform you by e-mails. If you request to resend the package, you need to afford the freight.
  4. If the delivery failed too many times and we also did not get any reply from you, some of the carriers will no longer return the parcel to us, and also there will be no refund for you.

After-Sales Service


  1. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems after receiving the goods, we will reply quickly and will definitely be responsible for the after-sales service of the goods, whether it is a replacement of a new product, the return and repair, we will handle it for you.
  2. Due to the high freight, after-sales service outside of Taiwan must be sent back to us in order to handle it for you.
  3. BAGCOM DO NOT provides return and exchange service for the overseas customers. If you received incorrect items or defective products, please contact our customer service team and send us photos of the products within 7 days. Once your request has been approved, the refund will be turned into a "STORE CREDIT" for your next purchase at BAGCOM. We will do strictly quality-control and pack carefully for your orders. Please enjoy your purchase.
